Are there any limitations of the converter?

Currently, image movement is not included in the resulting video file. Also, viewer-controlled elements like captions and credits fields are not included in video files.

Is this service free?

During the testing period, the conversion is free for registered Soundslides users.

How long will it take to convert my slide show?

Slide shows are placed in a queue and processed in the order with which they are received. Once your slide show is at the front of the queue and begins processing, most slide shows are processed in less than 30 minutes.

What are the output format of the video file?
